I'm an enthusiat of the Sound Money concept and, thanks to Jim Forsythe and your organisation I was able to partecipate in the Kinesis Monetary System since 2021. You also helped me to acquire a couple of KVT at a great discoun, that I gifted o my nephews whom I'm trying to teach about the Sound Money. I've great respect of you and and your work so I'd like to ask your opinion about a big trouble I'm going throught with Kinesis. One month ago, I've read on the official kinessi forum the tip of "Fonzie" an user that suggested to pay attention to the XDC/KAU pair, because is happened that sometime there were very big deals. I did so and in fact I gained some very nice profits. Because of the tax law in my country require to pay up 1/3 of the profit in taxes I tryedo to whithdraw the sum from my account. Well, my account was immediately blocked and I was asked to perform again the KYC process. (I already took it with positive result in 2021 and in jan 2025). I did again twice but the account remained blocked. I wrote in the forum about my problem but after some answers my posts were no more acepted by the moderators. Then kinesis went to the new forum and I have no access so I can't even read if someone write in the conversation. I've asked help many times to the offical support but nobody bothered to answer. In few days I will be obliged to report my gains and after that I will have to pay the taxes. At the moment I've no more access to the funds and the only way to avoid to pay is to put a claims to the police against Kinesis for fraud. I'd like to have your opinion about this situation. I've read other people are experiencing the same KYC problems with a complete lack of support from Kinesis. I'd like to ask you how this kind of situation can comply with the Sound Money concept. Sound Money is something honest and transparent. If kinesis seize the funds of customers without even giving them an explanation how can it be considered honest or transparent? I hope to be wrong... but at the moment I'm building a website (www.kinesis-money-user-issue-com) reporting my case and where I will document all the future actions I will be obliged to take to recover my funds. I'd prefer to avoid this kind of path but at the moment I see no other option. Before going on and do some big damage to the kinesis reputation I've think that you, as C4SM movementl director could provide me your opinion or some suggestion to resolve this situation in another way. Or, if not possible, simply to confirm my line of action. Is kinesis became a scam company? Due to the KMP, compliance has been slow of late with cases backed up. I understand the urgency of your situation. I'm sorry to have bothered you... but I really needed some help to solve this situation and to avoid to create, because of my stress, unnecessary troubles to kinesis. Of course it would be great if you could got some info about why my account has gone under this problems and why I've never got at least an explanation or a way to solve the problems if any. The email associated to my kinesis account is this one that I'm using to write to you.
