Kinesis Money: When Sound Money Blocks Your Funds - A User Story
Maybe "If you don't hold it, you don't own it" is still valid, even in the crypto era.
Latest Update - July 21, 2025
On this date, I received official communication from Kinesis reversing $250,000 worth of completed trades based on the invocation of Clause 6.8 - two months after those trades had been settled.
This site will soon be available in Indonesian and Turkish for the Muslim community and international readers.

In this section, I transparently publish the messages I have sent to various parties regarding this matter, together with any replies I may receive.
This includes correspondence with Kinesis management, the official forum, partners, regulators, media outlets, social platforms, and other relevant entities.
A dedicated subsection also hosts letters and testimonies from other Kinesis customers who may have encountered similar issues - such as blocked accounts, KYC inconsistencies, or operational opacity.
All external letters are published only with the explicit consent of their authors.
Each entry below links to the related document or source as it becomes available.
Together, these records aim to support transparency, accountability, and informed discussion.
Below is a structured list of all ongoing or planned communications, organized by category. Each table shows the intended recipient, number of messages sent, date of last contact, and current status.
This section collects letters, statements, and public materials shared by other Kinesis users who may have experienced similar situations - such as account blocks, delayed withdrawals, or requests for excessive documentation.
All materials are published only with explicit consent from their original authors and are meant purely to document user experiences for the sake of transparency and accountability.
No claims or accusations are made beyond what is explicitly stated in the provided letters.
