Jul 2021: Initial KYC verification approved.
4 years - During this years use of the platform to performa trades, store "gold" and investing buying their KVTs Tokens.
Jan 2025: Second KYC verification approved.
May 2025: Profitable trades and successful smaller withdrawal.
May 2025 (later): Account downgraded to "unverified", funds frozen. No explanation.
Jun 2025: Forum locked to un-verified users. Even less way to have answers
Jul 2025: Clause 6.8 invoked, $250,000 trades reversed. No reasons abducted.
Jul-Oct 2025: Discussion wiht CEO about a possible settlement.
Oct 2025: 30k$ "Ex gratia" proposal received - with highly asymmetric NDA and penalty clauses(20k$ per breach).
Oct 2025 (later): Independent response and revised balanced proposal sent.
Nov 2025: No reply from Kinesis at time of writing.
